To bring out the flavor, the fruit is marinated in the
liquor and fruit juices overnight prior to blending with fresh breadcrumbs,
brown sugar and spices.
The ingredients include Sultanas, Demerara sugar,
Cider, Bread crumbs, Candied Citrus peel, Orange & Lemon, Raisins,
Currants, Wheat flour, Ground Bitter Almond, Rum and Brandy.
Packed in a basin with gold foil.
