FedEx Ground, Services do not deliver on weekends and Holidays. Do not count weekends or Holidays when calculating your expected delivery date. To calculate shipping days start with the next business day after your package ships.

FedEx Home delivers on Tuesday - Saturday.

FedEx needs complete shipping address to deliver ( Apt, Suite, or Floor) if appropriate.

FedEx will charge for the return of undeliverable packages, including but not limited to refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful or a address is incorrect or incomplete.***

RETURN POLICY Please notify us by phone within 48 hours if you are experiencing any problems with your order. If an item is broken in shipment we do need a photo. No credit will be issued unless you are given a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. *** Food, Tea & personal items such as lotions, can not be returned for resale. Returns need to be returned in re-sellable condition and with a copy of the order invoice. If you receive a product obviously damaged in transit by the carrier, your claim can be processed faster by calling our office. Retain the outer carton and all packing materials. Gift items that are returned will be credited back to the gift buyer credit card. For your protection, please use United States Postal Service, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for all other returns. Return shipping charges are not refundable and there is also a 15% restocking fee unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. 30 Days All returns and exchanges should be returned within 30 Days of purchase with explanation.
